On receipt of your instructions and clients' details we wll make an early appointment to carry out a survey and forward the EPC details to you as quickly as we can. You can be assured of a professional courteous service to you and your client. The EPC can be provided electronically or by a hard copy if preferred. You are no doubt aware that your landlord clients are now required to have an EPC available when offering a property to rent so that prospective tenants know its energy rating before commiting to the rental agreement. Also, even if any of your seller clients did not require a HIP when putting their home onto the market, an exchange of contracts for the sale after 1st October 2008 requires the seller to provide the buyer with an EPC even if there is no HIP required.
